Nanotechnology is an enabling platform technology for a wide range of scientific and technological applications

Module 1: Nanoimprint and Optical Lithography

Lecture: 9:30 – 10:45 am

Module 2: Thin-Film and Plasma Etching Technologies

Venue: IATL 104 (lecture) and 174 (lab)

Target audience: undergraduate, graduate students, faculty, post-doctoral fellows, research assistant and staff with a background in the physical, life, health sciences, engineering. Participants from Industry are encouraged.
