Nanotechnology is an enabling platform technology for a wide range of scientific and technological applications

Module 1: Nanoimprint and Optical Lithography

Target audience: undergraduate, graduate students, faculty, post-doctoral fellows, research assistant and staff with a background in the physical, life, health sciences, engineering. Participants from Industry are encouraged.
